To access the paid Services on money888, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. money888 is required to verify the identity of all Members before permitting real-money transactions. You must provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC or passport) and, where required, proof of address or source of funds. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the money888 Platform. Accounts held by the same individual are considered duplicate accounts regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, and any associated bonus funds forfeited.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify money888 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account. money888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
money888 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits funded by another person's eWallet or bank account — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 or such other amount as may be specified per payment method on the Platform cashier. money888 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at its discretion with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Processing times are indicative and subject to the availability of the relevant payment system. money888 targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day during business hours.
money888 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals. Funds suspected of being derived from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on the money888 Platform are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number from the system. money888 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or under incorrect market conditions.
Bets may only be placed from available confirmed funds in your Account wallet. money888 does not extend credit to Members. Any bet placed that would result in a negative account balance will be rejected by the system.
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled by the Member. Exceptions may apply in specific circumstances — such as a sports event being cancelled or postponed — in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. money888 may cancel bets in circumstances involving system error, fraudulent activity, or market integrity issues.
money888 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all betting products. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules documentation. In the event a bet's calculated winnings exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated limit.
